Transferred!

What a surprise, I'm getting transferred out of Brentwood! Even though I've only been in Brentwood for 6 weeks, I'm sure going to miss it. The members here have been terrific. Attached are pictures with two of my favorite families in the ward, the Needhams (first one) and the Bergs (second one.)
My new area is going to be...Richmond YSA branch! I'm going to be with a friend of mine from the MTC, Elder Boakye-Yiadom. He's super cool.
In our last week, we had the opportunity to teach a part-member family and commit two of them to be baptized! Yahoo! Our friend Khiari is on track for baptism this coming Saturday as well, so I'm leaving a healthy Brentwood 3B area.
Richmond is going to be pretty challenging I think. I don't know much about it, but they say it's a really nice area, sort of, except for the nice area part. So I'm looking forward to working in a different environment. It's going to be awesome.
Conference was awesome this week! My faith in Jesus Christ was strengthened a ton. I know that we are led by a living prophet of the Lord, Thomas S. Monson, and twelve apostles of Jesus Christ. One reason we have been given prophets and apostles is to keep our faith rooted in the Savior, especially during these turbulent times. Our leaders are not perfect, but they have been called of God. The Savior himself directs His church, the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. I know this by the Holy Ghost. When the prophet and apostles addressed this weekend, I felt the Holy Ghost touch my heart and confirm to me this truth.
I love the Lord. He is my Redeemer, my Savior and King.
Stay built upon the rock of your redeemer (Helaman 5:12)
